The Western Red Cedar Sectional Dock System also features easy Walk On Water installation and removal. What is Walk On Water? Put simply, our sectional docks are designed to allow you to install or remove the dock without getting wet!* The average weight of a section is 80lbs. depending on the moisture content of the wood, which will allow for One-Person installation. With a VW Sectional Dock all the work is done above the water, on the dock itself. Each section folds down, one after another with the use of a specially-designed winch system.
Dock Sections are made of high quality Western Red Cedar Wood. This particular type of wood is in many ways superior to most woods used in typical "post and plank" wood docks.
It's easy to understand why the Western Red Cedar Dock has been our most popular dock
over the years. Perfect for fishing, swimming, and small boat-slips, the Western Red
Cedar Dock is extremely economical to own and is ideal for standard
residential use.
