VW Dock Company, Walk On Water, Inc. warrants its wooden products for one full year to the original owner from the date of purchase. Knotholes must exceed 1 1/2" diameter and splits must exceed 6" on both sides of the board to be subjected to warranty. All non-wooded products are warranted for three years to the original owner from date of purchase. The Aluminum frame is warranted for 15 years to the original owner from the date of purchase. Our Brock™ Deck vinyl decking has a 20 year limited warranty, please call VW Docks for a copy of this comprehensive warranty. All VW Dock brackets made  1999 and after are warranted for lifetime to the original owner from the date of purchase. VW Docks obligation under this warranty will involve replacement or repair of any of its manufactured parts free of charge to the original owner if the product is defective due to workmanship or material. This warranty does not include any hardware including: set screws, nuts, bolts, or washers. Any product thought to be defective must be returned to the company (prepaid) and judged defective by the company. This warranty does not cover any company product that has been subjected to negligence, misuse, alteration, accident, storm damage, any damage as a result of the dock being left in the ice or any other forces of nature and acts of God.
